Tested before handover
Integrations go through unit, integration, and acceptance testing before you receive them. We document the results and review them with you.
Data handling agreement
Every engagement starts with a signed data processing agreement. Access is limited to what is needed and removed after the project ends.

Wichai Systems tracks changes to the major language model and automation APIs and assesses them against real business constraints — latency, cost, data locality, and compatibility with existing tools. We do not recommend a service because it is new; we assess whether it holds steady in your specific environment.

One contact, steady communication
On ongoing engagements, you are assigned a single named engineer. They know your systems, they keep the record of what was built, and they are the consistent person you contact when something needs attention. Hold-Fast clients receive a quarterly review call to discuss integration health and any planned changes.

Defined scope, fixed Thai Baht price
All three services have fixed prices: ฿4,700 for Anchor Review, ฿10,600 for Fixed Integration, and ฿17,200 per month for Hold-Fast Service. Scope is defined in writing before any engagement begins. Extensions and additions are discussed and priced separately — they do not affect the original agreement.
