Our Story

Steady work from a Thai engineering team

Wichai Systems opened in 2021, founded by a small group of software engineers who had spent years integrating enterprise tools across the manufacturing and logistics sectors in the Northeast. They kept seeing the same pattern: businesses adopting cloud software and AI APIs, then finding that the connections came loose over time — undocumented, unmaintained, unsupported.

The founding premise was simple. Build integrations that are documented from day one, tested before handover, and maintained by someone who knows the setup. The anchor metaphor came naturally — a fixed point in a system that others can build around.

Today Wichai Systems works with small and mid-sized businesses across Thailand, offering three clearly scoped services: a technical review, a build engagement, and an ongoing maintenance arrangement. The team is based in Nakhon Ratchasima and operates under a structured data processing agreement with every client.

Mission

To make AI integration dependable for businesses that need it to work without constant attention — not a project that demands ongoing intervention.

Values

Transparency in scope and pricing. Documentation as part of the deliverable. A single named contact for each account. Work that holds steady over time.

Approach

We start with an assessment, present options clearly, and proceed only at the client's pace. There is no pressure to commit to a larger engagement than you need.

Standards

How we approach quality and data safety

These are not policies written for decoration. They describe how each project is actually run.

ISO 27001-Aligned Practices

Our data handling procedures follow ISO 27001 principles. Access to client systems is limited to what is required for the specific integration and is revoked after completion.

Data Processing Agreement

Every engagement begins with a signed data processing agreement. This defines what data we access, how it is handled, and when access is removed.

Version-Controlled Deliverables

All integration code and configuration is stored in version-controlled repositories. Clients receive full access to their own repository on handover.

Structured Testing Protocol

Each Fixed Integration goes through unit, integration, and acceptance testing stages before handover. Results are documented and shared with the client.

Complete Documentation

Documentation is part of every deliverable — not an optional extra. Architecture notes, API mappings, and operational guides are included at handover.

Quarterly Operational Reviews

Hold-Fast Service clients have a formal review each quarter. We check integration health, review any upstream API changes, and discuss what, if anything, should be adjusted.

Expertise

AI integration for Thai businesses — done at a measured pace

The AI tooling landscape changes frequently. New language models, new APIs, new workflow platforms arrive with regularity. For a business that simply needs one AI connection to work reliably, this can feel disorienting. Wichai Systems exists to translate that landscape into practical, scoped actions.

Our Anchor Review service gives you a written picture of where AI integrations could serve your specific setup — which systems, which tools, what the technical effort would be, and what the ongoing implications are. You leave with something concrete, not a sales pitch. The review covers one to two of your systems and can be conducted remotely or in person at our Nakhon Ratchasima office.

For businesses ready to move forward, our Fixed Integration service produces a working connection between a chosen AI service and your tools. The project runs for approximately five weeks, includes testing at each stage, and concludes with a structured handover and complete documentation. We do not consider a project closed until the client understands what was built and how to operate it.

Hold-Fast Service is for businesses that want continued support after a build — someone who monitors the integration, handles issues when they arise, and reviews the setup quarterly. Your named engineer keeps a working record of your environment and is the consistent point of contact across the life of the arrangement.

All work is priced in Thai Baht with defined scope before any engagement begins. We work with businesses of various sizes across manufacturing, professional services, retail, and logistics sectors in Thailand.
