Three services, each fixed firmly in place
We offer one entry point for assessment, one for building an integration, and one for maintaining it over time. Each has a defined scope and a fixed price in Thai Baht.
← Back to HomeHow each engagement is structured
Every project follows the same sequence: understand the environment, define the scope, build and test, hand over with documentation. The service you choose determines where in that sequence you start.
Understand
We review your existing systems, tools, and data flows to understand what is actually present.
Define
We document integration options and present them clearly — you choose the direction at your own pace.
Build & Test
We build the integration and run structured testing before any handover takes place.
Maintain
Ongoing care with a named engineer, quarterly reviews, and managed extensions over time.
Anchor Review
A technical assessment of where AI integrations could be firmly fixed within your systems. We review one to two of your current tools, identify viable AI connection points, and present options in writing. The choice of whether to proceed further remains entirely with you.
- Full review of one to two existing systems
- Written report with identified integration options
- Technical effort and cost estimates included
- Conducted remotely or in person in Nakhon Ratchasima
- No obligation to proceed with any build work
Process steps
- Briefing call to understand your environment
- Remote or on-site system review
- Analysis and option mapping
- Written report delivery and review session
Fixed Integration
We build a well-secured integration connecting a chosen AI service to your tools, engineered to hold steady. The project runs for approximately five weeks and concludes with structured testing and a formal handover session that includes full documentation.
- Single AI-to-tool connection, fully scoped before start
- Unit, integration, and acceptance testing included
- Architecture notes and API mapping delivered at handover
- Repository access transferred to client
- Operational guide included with handover
Process steps
- Scope and environment review (week 1)
- Integration design and sign-off (week 2)
- Build phase (weeks 3–4)
- Testing, documentation, and handover (week 5)
Hold-Fast Service
Ongoing maintenance of your integrations with careful extension over time. A named engineer is assigned to your account for the duration of the arrangement. Quarterly reviews are included so changes in upstream APIs or your own systems are caught and handled before they cause disruptions.
- Named engineer assigned for your account
- Quarterly integration health reviews included
- Upstream API change monitoring and management
- Planned extensions scoped during review sessions
- Response within one business day for issues
What is covered monthly
- Integration health monitoring
- Issue identification and resolution

Technical protocols across all services
Data security
ISO 27001-aligned access controls. System access limited to what the integration requires, with full revocation on completion.
Testing protocol
Every build goes through unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Results are documented and reviewed with the client before handover.
Version control
All code and configuration is maintained in version-controlled repositories. Full repository access is transferred to the client at handover.
Processing agreement
A signed data processing agreement precedes every engagement. Scope, access, and data handling are defined in writing before any work begins.
Documentation standard
Architecture notes, API mapping, and operational guides are part of every Fixed Integration deliverable. Not an optional add-on.
Support response
Hold-Fast clients receive a response within one business day on issue reports. Quarterly review sessions are scheduled in advance each year.

All prices are in Thai Baht. Scope is documented before any work begins.
